EnrichNest was founded by two fully qualified teachers who spent years working with children and asking an important question: Why are so many young people reaching adulthood without the essential skills needed to navigate everyday life?
With over 15 years of combined teaching experience across schools in both the United Kingdom and Dubai, we saw first-hand how capable and talented children are when given the right opportunities to grow. Yet even as adults, we found ourselves learning important life concepts such as tax, VAT, investing and financial planning well into our late twenties. It made us realise that many of the skills needed for success in the real world are often appreciated much later than necessary, leaving young people to figure them out through experience rather than preparation.
This was the drive to create EnrichNest — a KHDA-approved enrichment and life skills program designed to help children develop the knowledge, confidence and mindset needed for the future. Drawing on our experience working with hundreds of children, we carefully developed an inclusive and engaging framework that combines academic life skills, innovation, real-world knowledge and personal growth.
We believe children learn best when they are actively involved, challenged to think independently and encouraged to explore their own interests. Through hands-on projects, collaborative experiences, practical challenges and meaningful discussions, children develop the confidence and capabilities needed to thrive both now and in the future.
Our approach focuses on helping children become effective communicators, creative thinkers, resilient problem-solvers and confident individuals who understand how the world around them works. Whether exploring entrepreneurship, developing financial awareness, building leadership skills or discovering personal strengths, every experience at EnrichNest is designed with long-term success in mind.
Elliot

Chloe
Over nine years of experience working with children across a variety of educational settings. Her teaching journey has taken her from a small village school in South Wales to a well-established and highly regarded school in the UAE, giving her a broad understanding of different learning environments and student needs.
Throughout her career, she has held middle leadership roles, developing both her teaching practice and her ability to support students and colleagues alike. Chloe later chose to step out of the traditional classroom to become a fulltime homeschool educator, allowing her to provide a more personalised approach to learning.
She is passionate about nurturing the unique strengths, interests and aspirations of every child, believing that education should empower students to discover who they are rather than fit into a predetermined mould.
Chloe also recognises the importance of embedding essential life skills from an early age, helping children develop the confidence, independence and resilience needed to lead happy, successful and fulfilling lives.
